Bob is a true expert in his field. He began his professional music career way back in 1962 as a violinist with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. Following that he played in the Scottish Symphony Orchestra, the Scottish National Orchestra and the Scottish Opera.
12 years ago Bob had to make the hard decision between playing full time and repairing instruments which he did as a hobby. That’s when he decided to open the Fiddle Gallery in Glasgow. And no less than a few thousand amateur and professional fiddlers have been well served at the Fiddle Gallery since then.
