Sleep 1 Lynne is self taught and works from home. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Most recent works are in ink which Lynne finds ideal for her atmospheric landscapes. She also works in watercolour and acrylic, she is a keen calligrapher and recently found collage. Lynne is also co-ordinator of Paintings on Railings Open Air Art Fairs, part of Glasgow West End Festival. Lynne lived and worked in Greece for three years painting signs, murals and vehicles. She also painted the mural and signs at the Kibble Palace Coffee Shop at Glasgow Botanic Gardens. Lynne is a member artist of Primera and her work has been exhibited in various galleries including Glasgow Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre; Hillhead Library, Glasgow; Tighnabruaich Gallery, Argyll; The Glasgow Room, Princes Square, Glasgow; The Auld Kirk Museum, Kirkintilloch and The Lilley Art Gallery, Milngavie.
