Betty's Bedroom Problem

Betty's Bedroom Problem Solved
by
Gallimaufry Gallery

Extract from Dunoon Observer:

''There is a crisis in the Phillips household.
Betty, wife of artist Brian Phillips, cannot get to bed without climbing over numerous paintings. Brian also recognises the need to make a space for the Christmas tree.
Just like that

A think tank with Gallimaufry Gallery produced the solution - a joint venture at Highgate Hall on Saturday 8th December from 10am - 4pm.

Brian will sell his accumulation of works at a discount. The prices will range from £50 to £300 which provides a fantastic opportunity for all to buy a piece of original art by this internationally known artist. At this season of goodwill, Brian will also donate 10% of the proceeds to local charities.

Gallimaufry Gallery’s share of the venture is a craft class where participants will produce a pewter mirror frame to their own design under the expert tuition of James O’Neill.

Many people have already enjoyed this experience of creating an individual and unique piece of craft. The end product can be admired in your own home or makes an ideal gift for someone special.

The class can be booked through the gallery at 01369-840253''

While all this activity is going on at Highgate Hall, Gallimaufry will be part of the World’s biggest coffee morning scheme in aid of the MacMillan Cancer Care. The charges for all teas/coffees/drinks will be donated to MacMillan Cancer Care Fund.

Open: Open 7 days 10am - 5pm
except Wednesdays 10am - 3pm and Sundays 12noon - 5pm
