Your listing will include a brief statement about you or your art business and a link to your Profile page. 2. Your Profile You get a Profile page with space for one Header photo image at the top of the page. The Header may show an image of your art product or of yourself according to your preference. Your Contact details will be shown at the foot of the page with a live link to your website. There is no limit to amount of information you choose to include on Your Profile page. Contents of your Profile page can be edited, added to or changed altogether whenever and as often as you like. There is no extra charge for this ... simply email us your preference and we'll update your page for you. The Profile page is interlinked with your Showcase. 3. Your Showcase will include up to 6 photo images of your paintings or other art products of your choice. Relevant details and information pertaining to your paintings will be shown below each image. Here also, your Contact details will be shown at the foot of the page with a live link to your website. Details of your exhibitions can be shown below your Showcase whenever you want. We will update your Showcase whenever and as often as you wish. There is no extra charge for updating your Showcase. 4. Contact Details (Repeat) These will be shown at the foot of your Profile page and your Showcase and will include your name, home or studio address if you wish, telephone number, email address (in form link) and a link to your website. 5. Exhibitions You can post information about any of your exhibitions (solo or mixed) on the site's shared Exhibitions listings. An additional dedicated Exhibitions page will be provided for you for the duration of each show. There is no limit to the amount of information about your exhibitions you may include on your personal exhibitions page ... one photo image may be added to illustrate each show content ... Contact details and links will be provided as stated above. There is no extra charge for publicising of your exhibitions, workshops or other art activities you run or take part in. 6. Free Sponsored Link At upper right corner of Home page at http://tcweb.co.uk/scottish-art-circle we set up a free (New Member) Sponsored Link to your web pages. This link is maintained for at least one month ... often longer. Art In Scotland .com On our Art In Scotland .com website at http://www.artinscotland.com 1. You will also be listed on our Directory of Scottish Art Websites on above site with a brief statement about you or your art business. Your listing includes a linked to your website. 2. We will list any of your exhibitions held in Scotland (mixed or solo) at http://www.artinscotland.com under New Art Exhibitions. Page Updates All setting up and updating of page contents is done by us. Your part of the process is to email relevant information to us when you want to update your pages. I hope this gives you a reasonable idea of webpage and link combination plan we employ to aid your online positioning. Please let me know if there is anything you want me to clarify further. Annual Subscription Level 2 Subscription to Scottish Art Circle as detailed above is just £17 per year. This subscription rate is fixed and will not increase as long as you remain a paid member. Cancellation We are happy to set up all your promotion pages without any risk to you. If at any time during 30 days of our setting up your pages you choose to cancel your subscription, I will refund your payment in full, unconditionally. How To Join Us First, email me your Profile, your Contact details and up to 7 jpeg photo images of your paintings (indicate which to add to your profile page). Remember, all content can be edited at any time, so you don't have to wait till you have a perfect version of your profile. Send No Money Don't send any money till we've set up your pages. Then, if you are pleased with what we've set up for you, I'll tell you how to make your payment.
